AI Agent for Business at Mahidol University

Context

Students had used chat assistants but never delegated a multi-step task. The room mixed business and IT backgrounds, so the session had to work without any coding.

Approach

• Opened with the agent-vs-chatbot distinction using one live task done both ways.
• Hands-on setup on students’ own machines, then a first delegated task with a visible plan and result.
• Closed with how businesses actually scope agent work: data boundaries, approval points, verification.

Outcome

Every participant ran a first agent task in the session; the slide deck became the base of ZenityX’s “AI Agent basics” course.
